Composition: 70% baby alpaca, 30% Mulberry silk
Yarn group: lace/lace weight, 2 ply
Weight/length: approximately 800 m (875 yards) per 100 g hank
Recommended needle/hook size: needles: 3 – 4 mm (US 2-6), hook: 3.00-6.00 mm (US D-G hook).
Gauge: 32 stitches x 40 rows/10×10 cm (on 3.25 mm needles) US 3 needles
Description: hand dyed super fine and silky yarn. It is good for making large, light and airy shawls and wraps. It can also be used to make lightweight clothing and accessories.
Care: hand wash using a wool detergent, ideally below 30°C. Avoid wringing and twisting. Dry flat out of direct sunlight, form/block wet. Do not spin or tumble dry.
